It is with great sadness that I bring the news of Dieter Dorn's passing.

Dieter Dorn passed away on the 19th of January 2011.

The burial took place on the 22nd of January in his hometown of Lautrach, Germany.

He will always live in our hearts through the gift that he left behind for us.

DORN – Congress Report 2009

 

The 7^th spine congress about DORN Method was held in Germany, Stuttgart the 17. / 18. October 2009.

 

This Congress must have been a great event and a big success. Here is the english translation of the report.  Enjoy!

The best Dorn-Congress that we organized so far, ended on Sunday evening the 18^th of October in the “Haus der Wirtschaft”, the building with its great architecture in the center of Stuttgart. It started in the overfilled “Koenig-Karl” hall on Saturday the 17^th at 10 AM with the wonderful lecture of Dieter Dorn, the founder of the DORN-Method.

On both days we had 2500 visitors. Most of the thirty 2 hour workshops were fully booked. The treatment demonstrations were very much appreciated. The approximately 70 exhibitors were content. The expert lecture program in the “Koenig-Karl” hall and the “Bertha-Benz” hall inspired many listeners. DORN touched many people in various ways.

The special lectures from Juergen Fliege with the subject “Trust” on Saturday evening and from Kurt Tepperwein “The healing power of Joy” on Sunday morning pleased many people and rounded the otherwise specialized program.

The 19 lectures in “Koenig-Karl” hall and “Bertha-Benz” hall have been taped and can be ordered on DVD from:

First Seminar held in Virginia, USA!

The first official DORN Method Seminar was held the 8th and 9th of August 2009.
A very nice group of lay people and one massage therapist worked together those two days. The necessary theory and in particular lots and lots of practice made these two days for every participant a success. At the end of this seminar everybody could proudly say: "I can do it!".

Big thank you to all my first students! You've been wonderful, very attentive and not to shy to ask questions.
I am very confident that all of you will apply your new skills very responsible, sensitive and successful.
